Does your child love raisins, nuts or seeds? A very simple game that is great fun for children of various ages. It is all a matter of not finding the chosen raisin.
The raisin game is best played with several children but works fine with just one child. It is a game that works a bit on your child's memory, but primarily is about random luck.
What you do
You only need a handful of raisins, alternatively nuts or seeds. Spread them out on a flat surface, such as the kitchen table. Ask your child or one child to leave the room and choose a raisin; make sure you remember which one.
When your child returns he will start choosing raisins, as long as he doesn't get the chosen raisin he can keep and eat them. Once the chosen raisin is taken it is another person's turn. A fun indoor game, and as it gets for when you are looking for things to do with kids.
