Dealing with divorce is heartbreaking for any family, and while the parents have to come to agreements relating to their children it can often be a difficult situation for all. Help Me to Parent has created a course to help parents recognise the issues divorce creates for their children, create security for their children, protect their feelings and emotions.
The course, Parenting After Separation or Divorce, also helps with practical issues such as introducing a new partner and creating an effective parenting plan, while dealing with both hurt, grief and stress that a breakup can cause.
Dates: 22nd May and 18th June.
Venue: Clarion Hotel, Liffey Valley
