Family_Getaway_0411_Airfield_Farm_WoolapaloozaCelebrate all things wooly at the fun Woolapolooza festival at the Airfield Farm, Dundrum, Dublin. Crafts, farm, animals and a great day out for all.

It is the time of year when sheep start getting hot in their winter coat and the Airfield Farm celebrates the shearing with a Woolapolooza festival. There will also be sheep dog trials, music and more woolly activities for children. The family day is a drop in event between 12-4pm.

The Airfield farm is a great place when you are looking for things to do in Dublin with kids and it is Dublin’s only working urban farm. A great place to experience life on a farm, a variety of farm animals and nature in the gardens, make sure to enjoy their café with tea and food.

Date and time: 8th May, 12-4pm. Airfiled is open between 10am to 5pm.
Venue: Airfield, Kilmacud Road Upper, Dundrum, Dublin 14
Cost: €6 adult, €3 children, €18 family day pass (2+2)
