A great cultural celebration in Dublin's Temple bar is starting this Friday. Over a hundred artist and performers celebrate 20 years of culture and regeneration. You will not be at a loss to what to do with kids in Dublin throughout the ten days of the Made In Temple Bar festival.
With over 70 events, installations, performances, films, workshops and much more. With plenty of activities for children of all ages and families, make sure to book in advance. Most events are free, but get your tickets as soon as possible.
Explore your Irish traditions and go for the Irish language classes for complete beginners, get a bit of energy with the Sean-nós dancing or singing workshop. There will also be plenty of more dancing of all sorts and popular drama workshops.
For younger children and families, the Picture Book Picnic is the ideal outing. Share the magic and the stories from great children's books, with authors, illustrators and a few surprises. Don't miss the free screening of the classical Disney version of Alice in Wonderland.
