Charlotte’s web
A story about friendship, based on E.B. White's classic tale. The young girl Fern adopts a surplus piglet from her fathers farm. Wilbur, the piglet, becomes her best friend, but the story revolves mainly around Wilbur's friendship with the other animals on the farm, in particularly the spider Charlotte.
Charlotte has promised Wilbur he will see snow and not just be fattened up for Christmas. She hopes to accomplish this by writing words in her webs that describe how unique Wilbur is. Watching the movie you almost forget animals are not human actor, there is such life in the dialogue, and the movie moves seamlessly between the animal world and humans. A beautiful and well made movie.
