The very real and true diary of a girl in hiding with her family during the second world war in Amsterdam. Fourteen year old Anne Frank and her family went into hiding in 1942, in a 'secret annexe' in their fathers factory office, in Amsterdam.
Two families and a German dentist cohabited in a small space for two years, always living with the fear of being discovered. The family was discovered and sent to a concentration camp.
Anne and her sister where later to Bergen-Belsen where they both died of typhus in March 1945, Anne was almost sixteen. During her time in hiding she wrote a beautiful and honest diary of her days and dreams.
