When Pamela Fraidy gets into trouble, the polite but clumsy Frightfully Friendly Ghosties, despite their varied skills, have to ask the still-alives for help. But they are too frightened to listen, so the Ghosties try something else. The story is told with somewhat old-fashioned dialogue and plenty of humour. It is enchanced by David Roberts’ quirky illustrations.
